Pay BSNL Bills Online

BSNL has introduced an easy way for telephone bill remittance through online.This new online payment facility save your time.You can remit the bills from your office or home or from anywhere with internet connectivity. Step by step directions for using this online facility is follows.

Step 1 :Log on to BSNL website:www.portal.bsnl.in

Step 2 :Select the bill as per your service:land line/FTTH/Mobile etc 

Step 3 :Enter the service ID with STD code without zero (487xxxxxxx)

           * Go to communication details 

      

           * Enter valid email address

           * Enter mobile number to receive transaction alert

           * Enter the captcha code given

           * Click on submit, then the customer will get the details

      

            (Name,invoice amount,pay by date,date of bill etc)

Step 4 :Click on Pay Now 

           * Then you will get payment option 

Step 5 :Select payment option

           * Internet banking/debit card/credit card

Step 6 :Select payment gate way

           *Bill desk/Tech process

Step 7 :Continue for payment

            * Make payment as per your payment option

After successful completion of payment of BSNL Bill, the user redirected to digital receipt for bill paid.
